When will my map arrive?
We dispatch your order within 6 to 8 business days of purchase confirmation, via Servientrega. Once shipped, we email you the tracking number. Shipping is free, it's already included in the price.
For the Galápagos we currently only ship unframed prints.
How is it printed?
We print on high-quality Giclée paper that resists fading, with a matte, satin or gloss finish depending on the paper you choose. The print file is generated in high resolution from your design, so streets stay sharp even at large sizes.
What are the frames like?
They are lacquered wooden frames, 3 cm deep and 1.8 cm wide, in black, white or natural. If you prefer, you can also order your map as a print only.
Can I exchange or return my map?
Since each map is printed from your design, we don't accept returns for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong size, paper or frame. Please check the text, framing and size before buying.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll find a fair solution, such as a free reshipment.
